DENA WOOLDRIDGE – FOUNDER
Dena is originally from Louisville, Kentucky where she met her husband Doug Wooldridge, and they married in 1982. They moved to Woodstock, Georgia and there they served their church, The First Baptist of Woodstock in music, missions and youth ministry. Dena also served at a local crisis pregnancy center. Her and Doug were foster parents for 10 years. They have 3 children Robert, Cynthia and Olivia. Dena has been going to Romania since 1992, which was her 1st mission trip with her church. Since then, she led many mission trips to help the local Romanian church in whatever the need was at the time. In 2004, she was asked to bring a team over to help with an orphan camp. From that moment on she continued in serving the Lord with that same orphanage and is involved with those very children to this day. Dena’s love for these children is a love that God Himself birthed in her heart. Her desire is to see their lives be transformed, by knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and the love that God the Father has for them as His own. Burdened for these orphans, not sure what God wanted her to do, in 2012 Dena and co-founder Paula Hall set out on a vision trip. It was then that she saw that the older orphans were struggling as they left the orphanage to live out on their own. They had no support system, no family, nothing! After much prayer and council, the Lord called her to begin the ministry of Fingerprints Orphan Care focusing on the older children that will age out of the institution without any life skills. To start off with a transitional and independent living program for the boy;, teaching them basic life skills, assisting with educational needs, job training, discipleship in Gods Word, trauma counseling, money management, and to equip them for life.

PAUL INDRIES – ROMANIAN DIRECTOR
Meet Fingerprints’ Romanian Director, Paul Indries. Paul is married to his beautiful wife, Crina and they have two children, Isai their son and their youngest, Victoria. By trade, Paul is a psychologist. Years ago God gave him a heart for the fatherless and about that same time a door of opportunity opened for him to help the fatherless at a local orphanage for several years. Working in that environment put a heavier burden on Paul’s heart as he realized that the kids that age out of Romanian orphanages are not prepared for life in any way. Fast-forward! God opened the door for Paul to join the Fingerprints team where his training and his passion intersect in a beautiful way and is a catalyst in helping these boys. Paul shared this with the team, “That’s why I love working with Fingerprints, because we work with them in a personal way on their specific needs.”
Paul’s tasks are many and varied. He’s the main point of contact for Fingerprints in country. His primary focus is coaching the boys that are in the transition program. He works with them to develop daily life skills;cooking, cleaning, shopping, money management lessons, how to get a job, etc. Paul’s heart, “My wish for every orphan that comes in our program is to meet God, and to find out that they are not that fatherless after all cause they all have a heavenly Father that loves them very much.”
